Pediatric Department
Our Pediatric department is hiring LVN’s for several positions. The candidate for these jobs must have been instructed in and demonstrated competency in the care of the pediatric patient. The positions require private duty nursing in the home of pediatric patients for shifts ranging from 4 to 16 hours. Available jobs include:
- Part Time - Days - Palestine
- Part Time - Sunday - Bullard - LVN or RN
- 2 Full Time Jacksonville Area
- Part Time - Weekends - Tyler
- Part Time - Days - Frankston - LVN or RN
- PRN - Various areas
Our pediatric department is expanding our Pediatric therapy offerings and we are looking for kid friendly Physical, Occupational and Speech therapists to join our team on a contract basis, providing therapy to pediatric patients in their home or school. Rates range from $ 65.00 to $ 85.00 per visit dependant on travel and other factors.

CBA Division - Home Care Providers
We are seeking Home care providers throughout East Texas, to provide care to patients within their homes. Care providers must be at least 18 yrs. old, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass hiring standards as set per Grace Visiting Nurses and Home Health. Duties for this position may include assisting clients with bathing, grooming, meal preparation and light household chores. This is an ideal position for someone with a caring heart who desires flexible hours providing a meaningful service to the elderly in your community.
