Director of Nurses
Grace Visiting Nurses is seeking a Director of Nurses. The qualified applicant must be a RN, BSN in the state of Texas with at least 3 years of home health experience, serving in a supervisory capacity.
The DON is responsible for planning, directing, and coordination of patient care activities within patients' homes to maintain standards of patient care. Ensures quality of safe delivery of home health care services to patients by assisting in the development and implementation of nursing standards and evaluating them on an annual basis. Provides administrative supervision and guidance to skilled, CBA, and pediatric department staff, including those in branch offices and advises management in matters related to nursing staff.
Grace Visiting Nurses has been serving our patients in the East Texas area for over 30 years. Our home office is in Jacksonville, with branches in Tyler, Lindale, and Palestine.

DME Division
Customer Service/Sales Manager - Medical Equipment
Manage the sales activities of our organization by performing the following duties:
- Internal and outbound sales of medical equipment and supples to patients and healthcare businesses.
- Maintains retail space in Jacksonville office, assuring attractive and efficient display of merchandise.
- Complete customer transactions including insurance authorizations, forms and other insurance related paperwork.
- Represents the organization at trade shows, health fairs and civic events.
- Organize periodic sales and promotions, including advertisements.
- Training and supervision of customer service team members.
- Prepares sales and budget reports for management staff. Monitors claims processing and receivables.
Job Requirements:
- Must have Durable Medical Equipment experience
- Must have previous sales and/or customer service experience.
- Must understand current Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance regulations

Private Duty Nursing

Our Pediatric department is hiring RN’s or LVN’s for several positions. The candidate for these jobs should have basic nursing competency and can expect proper orientation to give you the confidence needed to care for your special needs client. The positions require private duty nursing in the home of pediatric patients for shifts ranging from 4 to 16 hours.

Our pediatric department is expanding our Pediatric therapy offerings and we are looking for kid friendly Physical, Occupational and Speech therapists to join our team on a contract basis, providing therapy to pediatric patients in their home or school. Rates range from $ 65.00 to $ 85.00 per visit dependant on travel and other factors.

PAS Division
Caring individual needed to care for adult patient in Hideaway, Texas. One day per week, 4-6 hour shift. Duties may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with grooming and daily activities.
Qualified candidate should be able to pass background checks, have valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record, and well groomed/professional appearance.

CBA Division - Home Care Providers
We are seeking Home care providers throughout East Texas, to provide care to patients within their homes. Care providers must be at least 18 yrs. old, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass hiring standards as set per Grace Visiting Nurses and Home Health. Duties for this position may include assisting clients with bathing, grooming, meal preparation and light household chores. This is an ideal position for someone with a caring heart who desires flexible hours providing a meaningful service to the elderly in your community.
