Having a child recognize my voice and turning their head to “find me”

Why did you choose nursing as a profession?

I started out as a CNA & decided I would rather be an LVN

What is your perfect day?

When the sun is shining- birds are singing and everyone goes to work.

What do you consider your greatest skill?

I enjoy meeting people.

Before working here, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve had?

I worked for Cigna in Arizona in a retirement community- our oldest patient was 102& lived alone- she said her son was an “80 y/o whiner” they were all so funny.

What are your hobbies?

Reading & working in the garden

And finally what is something unique that most people don’t know about you?

I have a hard time getting up in front of large crowds.
